What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Partners focused on a specific vertical category, fostering growth through coaching and development
  • Drive revenue growth for your team’s portfolio of top accounts at Snap, owning overall performance and quota attainment
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, agency partners, and stakeholders to maximize Snapchat advertising opportunities
  • Analyze vertical trends in camera technology, AR innovation, and visual storytelling to identify growth opportunities
  • Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies tailored to Snap’s creative ad formats
  • Hold team accountable to revenue quotas, individual performance goals, and Snap’s dynamic sales processes
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to set quotas, assign account lists, and strategize vertical expansion
  • Inform client teams on emerging trends in Snapchat’s AR ecosystem, Lenses, and Spectacles to accelerate adoption
  • Mentor direct reports on client-facing skills, emphasizing Snap’s mission to empower authentic expression through the camera

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media or advertising space
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue targets
  • Deep expertise in managing key client accounts and driving vertical growth in digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and quota achievement in ad sales
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Commitment to working in-office 4+ days per week per Snap’s 'Default Together' policy
