The Revenue Product team drives advertiser success on our platform, combining Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering to deliver customer-centric, AR-powered advertising solutions. We're seeking a Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead efforts in building scalable, innovative tools that help businesses thrive on Snapchat's visual ecosystem. In this role, you'll collaborate with Snap's engineering teams to design end-to-end systems leveraging camera and AR technologies, solving complex challenges for advertisers at global scale. You'll mentor a team of engineers, influence product roadmaps with AR insights, and partner cross-functionally to launch reliable solutions that boost adoption and value creation. From writing scalable code to analyzing metrics and strategizing long-term integrations, you'll embody Snap's fast-paced culture of precision, privacy, and creativity. What You'll Do

• Build new products and improve existing ones within Snap's advertising platform to empower advertisers with innovative camera and AR-driven solutions
• Collaborate with Snap product engineering teams and cross-functional partners to meet evolving business needs in visual messaging and AR experiences
• Apply deep knowledge of Snap's products, technologies, and AR innovations to design scalable solutions for advertisers reaching Snapchatters worldwide
• Design and build end-to-end systems with launch-plan strategies, integrating camera-first technologies and AR Lenses
• Lead productive relationships with partners using technical and soft skills to resolve complex technical and business challenges
• Deliver high-quality project, integration, and partner engagements while influencing Snap's product roadmap for AR and ad tech advancements
• Write and ship reliable, scalable, efficient code to enhance advertiser tools on Snapchat's creative platform
• Work with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to build and improve solutions grounded in Snap's camera and AR ecosystem
• Identify insights from product usage metrics to boost adoption and develop new AR-powered solutions for partners
• Partner with advertisers to create long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives and Snap's platform integrations
• Mentor junior team members in solutions engineering best practices within Snap's fast-paced, innovative culture

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience working in software engineering
• 1+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams
• Experience coding, building applications, and APIs/SDKs for internal and external developers
• Demonstrated expertise in debugging and troubleshooting complex, distributed systems
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and driving technical alignment
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve systemic challenges at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and product roadmaps
• Experience with large SaaS, PaaS, and cloud platforms, including building applications for third-party marketplaces

$229,000-$343,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
