The Revenue Product team drives innovation in our advertising platform, combining Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering to deliver measurable growth for advertisers. We're seeking a Marketing Scientist (MMM/Brand Measurement) to join our Measurement Team and shape the future of AR-powered advertising efficacy. In this role, you'll drive performance improvements for advertisers using advanced learning-agenda strategies, experimental design, causal analytics, and prototyping tailored to Snapchat's creative ecosystem. You'll lead measurement and research plans for key Brand and Full Funnel clients, develop roadmaps for ads insights products in your verticals, and partner with Data Science on multi-study meta-analyses to benchmark marketing strategies across platforms. By building measurement advocacy across teams, you'll unlock the full potential of Snap's camera-first innovations, helping brands connect authentically with our global community through AR Lenses and immersive experiences. You'll thrive at Snap if you bring expertise in econometric modeling, brand lift, or sales lift studies, paired with proficiency in SQL, R, and causal techniques. What You'll Do

  • Be the primary driver of performance improvement across advertisers through learning-agenda strategies, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solution prototyping
  • Lead measurement, research, and learning plans for key Brand and Full Funnel clients to support their media objectives and long-term partnership growth
  • Develop a strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for ads measurement and insights products for your industry or verticals
  • Lead the scoping and development of custom multi-study meta-analysis in partnership with Data Science and R&D to evaluate marketing strategies across digital platforms
  • Build measurement capability and advocacy across your verticals and with cross-functional partners
  • Structure and conduct analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
  • Apply creative measurement solutions tailored to vertical needs to enhance advertiser performance on Snap
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Product team to innovate ad solutions leveraging Snapchat's camera and AR technologies
  • Contribute to Snap's creative culture by fostering data-driven storytelling around AR-powered advertising efficacy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
  • Experience with ads measurement
  • Proficiency with advanced analytical tools (e.g. SQL, R, SAS)
  • Understanding of measurement concepts, solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals in the ads efficacy and measurement ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
  • Ability to access, analyze, interpret, and communicate ads performance insights using standard data science tooling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business, math, economics, engineering or a related field
  • Direct work experience with top brand and full funnel advertisers
  • Experience with ads measurement for one or more of the following verticals: CPG, technology, entertainment, travel, government and services
