You'll monitor processes, train operators, and foster a safety culture aligned with ISO standards, all while contributing to the reliable manufacturing of next-generation Spectacles that bring AR innovation to life. We're seeking a proactive technician with 3+ years in cleanroom fabrication, strong analytical skills, SPC knowledge, and the ability to thrive without direct supervision in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and adaptability are key in our collaborative, creative culture. Snap's "Default Together" policy means 4+ days in-office to build our values faster. We offer competitive pay by zone, RSUs, comprehensive benefits, and a diverse, equal opportunity workplace committed to innovation in camera and AR tech.
