In this role, you'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Snap’s Advanced Ads Measurement suite, focusing on Conversion Lift to reveal the true causal impact of ad spend on Snapchat's immersive camera experiences. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Science, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing, while proactively spotting opportunities by engaging customers and tracking industry trends. Drive high-quality products that quantify advertising value, boost adoption, and integrate seamlessly with AR innovations like Lenses and Spectacles, ensuring advertisers connect meaningfully with our global community. You'll thrive at Snap if you bring deep knowledge of causal inference, experimental design, and the measurement ecosystem, plus the ability to communicate complex stats to diverse teams. What You'll Do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Snap’s Advanced Ads Measurement suite, with a focus on Conversion Lift, to help advertisers understand the true causal impact of their spend on Snapchat's camera-driven experiences
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and adjacent teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Science, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing, to align on priorities and execute shared goals
  • Proactively identify opportunities and potential headwinds within the advanced measurement space by meeting customers, attending industry events, and staying current with industry forums
  • Drive the development and execution of high-quality products that allow advertisers to fully understand the value of advertising with Snap's AR-powered Lens Studio and Spectacles
  • Manage the product’s growth and adoption to empower businesses to achieve measurable growth through Snap's visual messaging platform
  • Integrate advanced measurement solutions with Snapchat's core camera technology to enhance real-time ad performance insights
  • Ship co-owned projects and features across key cross-functional teams, including Ads Delivery, Signals, Attribution, Targeting, and Ranking
  • Champion Snap's creative culture by fostering innovative approaches to measurement that support AR creativity and community engagement
  • Ensure ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling meaningful connections with Snap's global community through fun, expressive experiences
  • Monitor and adapt to privacy regulations to maintain trust in Snap's measurement tools for advertisers

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
  • Knowledge of causal inference and experimental design (Intent-to-treat, Ghost Ads, PSA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the broad measurement ecosystem (MTA, MMM, Geo lift, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the ever-changing privacy and signals landscape and how privacy-enhancing technologies will shape the future of measurement
  • Ability to formulate a strategy around Advanced Ads Measurement, plan a roadmap, and deliver customer-impacting projects on a regular cadence
  • Ability to easily collaborate with engineering, product, marketing science, sales, partnerships, and other cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Statistics or related quantitative field
  • Equivalent expertise gained through direct experience in Advanced Ads Measurement
  • Experience in advertising technology platforms focused on AR or visual messaging
  • Proven track record in driving product adoption in competitive measurement spaces
  • Familiarity with camera-based AR innovations and their impact on ad performance
