Join our Finance Systems and Transformation team as a Product Manager, Finance Systems - SAP ByDesign, where you'll drive the design, configuration, implementation, and support of supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing applications powering Snap's innovative camera technology and AR ecosystem. This hands-on role focuses on SAP ByDesign to enable operational excellence, support explosive growth in product launches and global supply chain expansion, and integrate seamlessly with systems like Oracle Financials, MES, PLM, and internal tools. In this role, you'll translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions, ensuring our creative culture thrives amid rapid innovation. You'll scope requirements, configure custom workflows, manage master data integrity, and provide expert support for supply chain teams fueling Snap's AR lenses and hardware. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners to deliver high-impact projects that keep our operations agile and scalable, while upholding SOX compliance through audits and data governance. What You'll Do

  • Define scope, functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity, and policies for supply chain processes in SAP ByDesign
  • Create and present key artifacts: scope documents, use cases, business process workflows, BRDs, and application gap analysis
  • Configure, develop, test, and rollout customizations, enhancements, releases, and integrations based on business needs
  • Perform technical administration tasks integrating data with Snap internal systems, MRP, MES, PLM, and financial planning tools
  • Manage and govern master data to ensure synchronization across applications
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day support for SAP ByDesign, including user assistance, data management, and technical guidance for supply chain initiatives
  • Collaborate with development teams and external partners for timely, high-quality solution delivery
  • Conduct regular data audits, resolve integrity issues, and support quarterly/annual SOX audits
  • Document and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customizations, and standards
  • Drive operational excellence supporting Snap's growth in product launches and supply chain expansion for camera tech and AR innovations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (IT business/computer science, supply chain management or a related field)
  • 4+ years functional/product management experience
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Global SAP ByDesign (Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution)
  • Experience with integrations of internal or third-party systems with SAP ByDesign
  • Experience working with Supply Chain Operations, Finance & Accounting teams
  • Proven project management experience managing projects and progress
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP ByDesign Global implementations experience
  • Experience with implementing Financial SOX controls to support internal/external audits
  • Certifications in SAP ByDesign implementation
  • Experience with distribution, logistics, inventory and costing processes
