About the Role

Snap Inc is a camera company that believes AR innovation through Spectacles will redefine how people connect in the real world. Our fifth-generation Spectacles, powered by Snap OS, blend standalone see-through AR with advanced camera technology to enhance play, learning, and work. Join the Spectacles production team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll lead waveguide manufacturing operations at the forefront of AR hardware innovation, ensuring our creative products empower authentic expression and human progress. In this role, you'll oversee the Waveguide Production Line's daily operations, supervising staff to meet rigorous quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a target-driven environment. Collaborate with the Production Manager and cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Quality, R&D, Stores, and IT—to troubleshoot challenges, implement Lean practices like 5S and Kaizen, and drive process improvements that support Snapchat's AR ecosystem. Monitor KPIs, lead shift meetings, resolve on-floor issues, and foster seamless handovers to maintain production continuity for components vital to our camera-first AR glasses. As a leader, you'll mentor operators, promote Snap’s Kind, Smart, and Creative values, and build a culture of accountability and innovation. Maintain precise records, support training with cross-training matrices, and adapt to shifts (6am-3pm or 2pm-11pm) to meet business demands. Your contributions will directly impact Spectacles' ability to bring people closer through immersive AR experiences, in line with our 'Default Together' policy emphasizing 4+ days in-office collaboration. Snap Inc is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to diverse teams that fuel our creative culture. We offer comprehensive benefits including paid parental leave, medical coverage, mental health support, and equity in our success. If you have a disability requiring accommodation, let us know—we're here to support you.
