Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.
Snap Inc is a camera company that believes AR innovation through Spectacles will redefine how people connect in the real world. Our fifth-generation Spectacles, powered by Snap OS, blend see-through AR with advanced camera technology to make playing, learning, and working more immersive and fun. Join our Spectacles Manufacturing Team as a Production Technician and be at the heart of crafting hardware that empowers authentic self-expression and human progress. In this hands-on role, you'll spend most of your day in a full cleanroom suit, actively assembling, testing, and optimizing production of AR glasses that push the boundaries of wearable tech. You'll support 2-shift rotating production (6am-3pm or 3pm-11pm), monitoring processes via MES, SPC, and dashboards to ensure high yield and quality for Spectacles. Proactively troubleshoot issues, contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce costs, and assist in validating new technologies for rapid deployment. As the on-shift process expert, you'll make critical decisions, conduct investigations, and collaborate seamlessly across teams to minimize downtime—keeping our innovative AR pipeline flowing in Snap's fast-paced, creative culture. We're seeking proactive problem-solvers with manufacturing experience who thrive without supervision and embody our values of curiosity and collaboration. Snap's 'Default Together' policy means 4+ days in-office to fuel dynamic teamwork. We champion diversity, offering accommodations for disabilities, and provide robust benefits like comprehensive health coverage, parental leave, and equity.
