Join our Sales team in China as a Senior Account Manager, where you'll drive advertising revenue growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. You'll strategically adapt Snap's immersive AR and camera technologies to client needs, from campaign ideation and launch to real-time optimization and issue resolution, all while fostering our vibrant, creative culture. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to strategic advertisers, diving into performance data to unlock trends, recommend upsells, and deliver bespoke optimizations using Snapchat's unique AR features. Provide hands-on operational support, including ad trafficking, audience building, and post-campaign insights, while advocating for Snap's cutting-edge products like Lens Studio creations. Partner internally to streamline sales processes, educate partners on our biddable AR ecosystem, and resolve escalations swiftly, ensuring clients maximize impact in China's dynamic export markets. We're seeking a detail-oriented leader with 5+ years in digital media who thrives in fast-paced settings, speaks fluent English and Mandarin, and excels at data-driven storytelling.
