In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to strategic advertisers, diving into performance data to unlock trends, recommend upsells, and deliver bespoke optimizations using Snapchat's unique AR features. Provide hands-on operational support, including ad trafficking, audience building, and post-campaign insights, while advocating for Snap's cutting-edge products like Lens Studio creations. Partner internally to streamline sales processes, educate partners on our biddable AR ecosystem, and resolve escalations swiftly, ensuring clients maximize impact in China's dynamic export markets. We're seeking a detail-oriented leader with 5+ years in digital media who thrives in fast-paced settings, speaks fluent English and Mandarin, and excels at data-driven storytelling. What You'll Do

  • Provide account optimization guidance to strategic advertising clients leveraging Snapchat's camera-first innovations
  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s AR-powered products like Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles, advising on best practices, bespoke campaign optimizations, and beta participation
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, seasonality, and optimizations for superior results
  • Recommend upsell opportunities based on data insights to maximize client value on Snap's AR advertising platform
  • Offer day-to-day operational support for partners, including ad rejection escalations, building audience engagement segments, trafficking ads via Snap’s internal tools, and generating post-campaign reports
  • Partner with Snap’s management team to develop programs that streamline sales operations, boost advertiser awareness, and elevate expertise on Snap’s creative AR advertising platform
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage internal processes for Creative Service Agreements, campaign exceptions, Ad Design Requests, and Coupon Generations while clearly communicating policies
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com to support Snap's sales ecosystem
  • Think strategically to tailor Snap’s camera and AR technologies to clients’ unique needs, from campaign setup to live troubleshooting

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, focusing on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic, or real-time bidding marketplaces
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Slides for analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail and strong ownership
  • Experience maintaining accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com
