You'll champion Snap's camera technology and AR capabilities, helping top brands leverage ephemeral, immersive ads to captivate audiences and drive unparalleled performance. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll build and nurture relationships with the world's most sophisticated advertisers, guiding them to exceed KPIs through data-driven insights and Snap's unique visual ecosystem. Manage complex campaigns involving cross-functional teams, deep-dive into performance analytics to spot trends and optimization opportunities, and uncover upsell paths to grow revenue and share of wallet. Serve as the go-to expert on Snapchat's ad suite, educating partners on AR lenses, camera effects, and real-time bidding while influencing our product roadmap via client betas— all while embracing Snap's creative culture to craft strategies that feel authentically 'Snap.' Thriving in ambiguity with an action-oriented approach, you'll collaborate from our Hamburg or Berlin office 4+ days a week under our 'Default Together' policy, fostering the dynamic teamwork that fuels Snap's innovation. With fluency in German and English, exceptional analytical skills, and 5+ years in digital performance marketing, you'll help brands harness Snap's AR magic for engaging, camera-centric campaigns.
