What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth and increase share of wallet with key clients through ongoing technical support, real-time analysis, and upsell recommendations
  • Act as Snap product expert, educating clients on Snapchat's advertising suite, Lens Studio AR capabilities, and Spectacles integrations
  • Influence Snap's ad product roadmap by facilitating client participation in alphas and betas, incorporating feedback on camera and AR features

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English required for seamless interaction with external clients and internal teams
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth in digital advertising
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data and optimizing for KPIs in fast-paced environments
