In this role, you'll provide expert account optimization guidance to strategic clients, acting as a passionate advocate for Snap’s cutting-edge products like AR Lenses and camera-centric ad formats. Dive into performance data to uncover trends, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and identify upsell opportunities that leverage Snapchat’s unique visual storytelling. You'll handle day-to-day operations, from ad trafficking and audience building to resolving escalations, while contributing to partner newsletters and programs that streamline operations and boost expertise in our creative ecosystem. Partnering closely with the Global Partnerships Lead and cross-functional teams, you'll develop initiatives to accelerate partner success, manage internal processes like Creative Service Agreements, and ensure seamless campaign execution. What You'll Do

  • Provide account optimization guidance to strategic advertising clients in the Gaming and Apps category
  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s innovative camera-based products, AR features, and advertising solutions, advising on best practices, bespoke campaign optimizations, and beta participation
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, seasonality, and optimizations for superior results
  • Identify upsell opportunities and provide recommendations to maximize client ROI on Snapchat's AR-powered platform
  • Offer day-to-day operational support for partners, including managing ad rejection escalations, building audience engagement segments, trafficking ads using Snap’s internal tools, and generating post-campaign reports
  • Contribute to monthly partner newsletters, synthesizing updates from across Snap to communicate product innovations and best practices
  • Partner with the Global Partnerships Lead to develop programs that streamline sales partner operations, accelerate activities, increase advertiser awareness, and elevate expertise on Snap’s advertising platform
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage internal processes for Creative Service Agreements, campaign exceptions, Ad Design Requests, and Coupon Generations, while clearly communicating policies to Sales Partners
  • Leverage Snap’s camera technology and AR innovations to tailor campaigns that enhance user expression and engagement on Snapchat

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Slides, including experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience maintaining accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape in China's export online market
  • Experience in export gaming, apps, or short drama industry
