What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and proactively grow senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners in the Snap ecosystem
  • Educate brands and agencies on Snapchat’s cutting-edge camera features, AR lenses via Lens Studio, and new ad products to drive optimal performance and innovative campaigns
  • Onboard and mentor new account managers and specialists, sharing best practices and key cross-functional relationships
  • Partner with account executives and creative strategists during RFPs to craft insight-driven, ROI-focused video and AR campaigns on Snapchat
  • Lead complex projects involving multiple work streams and cross-functional collaboration, both internally at Snap and externally with partners
  • Analyze campaign performance data in-depth, guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, optimize for results, and uncover upsell opportunities
  • Increase adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools through technical support, real-time analysis, and best-practice guidance
  • Proactively develop best-in-class case studies showcasing Snapchat’s camera and AR innovations to evolve test-and-learn agendas across categories

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience analyzing complex data sets to evaluate success metrics and craft compelling data stories that drive campaign performance
  • 5+ years working directly with clients to understand brand strategies, product attributes, competitors, and business challenges while delivering in-depth data analysis for short- and long-term strategies
  • Experience in the digital media industry, focusing on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic buying, or real-time bidding marketplaces
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and delivering actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment with strong adaptability to change
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management skills with attention to detail

  • Pre-existing relationships with senior-level client decision-makers and brand marketers
