We're seeking a Senior Ad Partner Manager in our Sales department to drive the growth of Snapchat's advertising business through strategic partnerships. Based in our NYC or LA office, you'll manage key ad partners in campaign management platforms, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to integrate Snap's AR-powered ad solutions and accelerate monetization. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of partner relationships—from outreach and integration to long-term KPI achievement—while championing Snap's creative ad formats like Dynamic Product Ads and AR Lenses. You'll develop joint business plans, scope Ads API enhancements based on partner feedback, and support GTM strategies with co-marketing activations. As the voice of the partner, you'll triage issues swiftly, analyze performance metrics, and ensure seamless adoption of Snapchat's unique camera-first advertising capabilities that blend fun, authenticity, and measurable results.
