We're seeking a Senior Ad Partner Manager in our Sales department to drive the growth of Snapchat's advertising business through strategic partnerships. Based in our NYC or LA office, you'll manage key ad partners in campaign management platforms, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to integrate Snap's AR-powered ad solutions and accelerate monetization. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of partner relationships—from outreach and integration to long-term KPI achievement—while championing Snap's creative ad formats like Dynamic Product Ads and AR Lenses. You'll develop joint business plans, scope Ads API enhancements based on partner feedback, and support GTM strategies with co-marketing activations. As the voice of the partner, you'll triage issues swiftly, analyze performance metrics, and ensure seamless adoption of Snapchat's unique camera-first advertising capabilities that blend fun, authenticity, and measurable results. What You'll Do

  • Deeply understand Snap’s monetization-related products and underlying implementations, including AR-powered ad formats
  • Develop strategic partner management joint business plans for key ad partners to drive Snapchat ad growth
  • Manage core operations of partners from initial outreach through integration and long-term management, owning KPIs
  • Serve as the senior stakeholder owner and day-to-day primary point of contact for key partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to scope new integrations across Snapchat’s Ads API
  • Document requirements and drive ongoing feature improvements based on partner feedback
  • Support Go-To-Market strategies, co-marketing, and commercial activations with partners
  • Develop Snap-specific partner materials and new business activation incentive programs
  • Resolve and triage partner challenges quickly to ensure seamless ad experiences
  • Track and analyze key metrics measuring partner success and value
  • Act as the “voice of the partner” within Snap, disseminating insights to internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in technology or media industries
  • Demonstrated experience working with platforms that drive low funnel campaigns with a focus on eCommerce and Dynamic Product Ads
  • Proven ability in complex third-party integrations, especially in ad tech and campaign management platforms
  • Experience negotiating incentive programs and agreements with partners
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to communicate results clearly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AR, camera-based advertising, or social media platforms
  • Prior work with Snapchat Ads API or similar AR-driven ad products
  • Background in eCommerce ad tech integrations like Dynamic Product Ads
  • Familiarity with Snap's products including Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles
  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field

Compensation

$142,000-$214,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
