What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure high-value business opportunities with brands and agencies to drive revenue on Snapchat
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, positioning Snapchat's camera-first AR experiences as essential for brands' digital presence
  • Adopt a consultative approach to deliver tailored media solutions, defining campaign goals, learning agendas, and best practices via Snap's vertical playbook
  • Act as the primary business owner for key client partnerships, engaging senior management across marketing functions
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to structure and execute innovative AR-driven campaigns
  • Develop regional strategies, work plans, and compelling sales propositions leveraging Snap's AR data and market trends
  • Balance innovation in camera technology and AR, client learning objectives, and revenue growth for Snap
  • Ensure exceptional sales and operational service, implementing best practices for client interactions
  • Create and track metrics for account performance, delivering reports and optimization recommendations
  • Design persuasive presentations using Snapchat case studies, AR trends, and camera innovation insights
  • Own senior client meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions while updating on Snapchat product developments
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering Snap's creative culture of innovation and collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising
  • Proven track record of managing senior-level relationships with brands and agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships in digital advertising
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including self-serve platforms and auction-based buying
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-level executive interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, AR, and digital marketing trends
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies
