You'll educate clients on Snapchat's evolving products, from ephemeral Stories to AR Lenses, while owning strategic planning for territories, crafting data-backed sales propositions, and balancing innovation with revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives, mentor juniors in our creative culture, and deliver top-tier service that positions Snap as the go-to for mobile-first advertising. What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with brands and agencies to drive revenue on Snapchat
  • Use a consultative approach to offer strategic media solutions, establishing campaign goals, learning agendas, buy models, and golden rules
  • Act as the business owner for partnerships among client senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Educate clients on Snapchat products, AR innovations via Lens Studio, and best practices for camera-first advertising
  • Define overall approaches for territories/regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data
  • Own and execute strategic approaches for assigned accounts to unlock relationships, drive innovation, and meet revenue targets
  • Develop metrics to measure account growth and performance, provide reports, and recommend enhancements
  • Create persuasive sales presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, and Snap's AR technology
  • Plan and lead senior client meetings with tailored agendas, materials, and key actions
  • Balance priorities for innovation in AR experiences, learning agendas, and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interactions, sales, and operational service
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate across Snap's creative culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers for brands and their agencies
  • Ability to travel as needed
