We're seeking a Senior Indy Agency Partner in Paris to lead our Indy Agency Program in France, driving revenue and fostering partnerships that showcase Snap's AR-driven advertising solutions in a vibrant, creative culture. In this role, you'll develop and scale the Indy Agency Program, building C-level relationships with French independent agencies while acting as their trusted advisor on Snapchat's platform. You'll drive revenue growth by spotting opportunities, upselling AR Lens campaigns, and collaborating on joint strategies that deliver measurable results. Educating partners through workshops on our camera-first tools will be key, as you highlight how Snapchat enables brands to break through with ephemeral, visual content that resonates in today's digital landscape. You'll thrive cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, tracking performance metrics and providing insights to optimize our ecosystem. Staying ahead of French agency trends and AR innovations, you'll advocate for partners to shape Snap's future. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch and scale the Indy Agency Program in the French market, driving adoption of Snap's innovative advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, C-level relationships with key stakeholders at independent agencies, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Drive significant revenue growth through agency partnerships by identifying new business opportunities and upselling Snap's AR-powered ad products
  • Educate agencies on Snapchat's camera-first platform, AR Lenses, and best practices via workshops, training sessions, and scaled programs
  • Collaborate with agency partners to create joint business plans and marketing strategies that leverage Snap's creative tools for client success
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences for partners
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights for program optimization
  • Serve as an expert on the French independent agency landscape, monitoring trends in AR advertising and Snapchat innovations
  • Advocate for agencies internally, ensuring their feedback shapes Snap's product roadmap for camera technology and AR
  • Foster a creative culture by showcasing how Snapchat empowers brands to connect authentically through ephemeral, visual storytelling

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on agency sales, partnerships, or business development within the French market
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, social media, and performance marketing
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Experience launching and scaling partner programs in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated ability to build C-level relationships with agency stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a social media platform or in a role with direct responsibility for managing relationships with advertising agencies in France
  • Established network of contacts at French independent media agencies
