Join us in Stockholm as a Senior Indy Agency Partner in Sales to build and scale our Indy Agency Program in the Nordics, fostering long-term partnerships that unlock Snapchat's AR creativity for agencies and clients. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, driving revenue growth by educating agencies on Snapchat's full suite of advertising tools—from ephemeral Stories and Spotlight to immersive AR Lenses and Spectacles integrations. You will develop joint business plans that harness our camera technology for authentic, engaging campaigns, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. As a key player in our fast-paced, creative culture, you will track performance metrics, provide market insights on the Nordics agency landscape, and champion Snapchat's unique value in visual storytelling and AR innovation. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch and scale the Indy Agency Program in the Nordics, driving adoption of Snap's advertising solutions powered by camera technology and AR
  • Build and maintain strong, C-level relationships with key stakeholders at independent agencies, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Drive significant revenue growth through agency partnerships by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for sales teams, and upselling/cross-selling Snap's advertising products
  • Educate agencies on Snapchat's platform, AR Lenses via Lens Studio, Spectacles, and best practices through scaled education programs, workshops, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies that leverage Snapchat's creative camera features to deliver on client objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure a seamless experience for agency partners
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth
  • Serve as an internal and external expert on the independent agency landscape in the Nordics, staying up-to-date on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Foster a thriving partner ecosystem that drives measurable business results using Snapchat's innovative AR and visual storytelling tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on agency sales, partnerships, or business development within the Nordics market
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, social media, and performance marketing
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Experience launching and scaling partner programs in competitive markets
  • Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with agency stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a social media platform or in a role with direct responsibility for managing relationships with advertising agencies in the Nordics
  • Established network of contacts at independent media agencies in the Nordics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
