In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of Client Partners and BDRs, scaling our sales motion, optimizing engagement with Snap’s innovative ad platform, and building structures for long-term success in our creative, fast-paced culture. You’ll lead Snap’s Mid Customer Sales (MCS) acquisition strategy, managing team performance against quotas and KPIs while architecting scalable GTM frameworks. Leverage your deep platform expertise to drive adoption through compelling, data-driven narratives that highlight Snap’s camera-first AR capabilities, helping SMBs create immersive campaigns on Snapchat. Build senior relationships with advertisers and agencies, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to evolve our platform and align on regional growth opportunities. This role demands proven leadership in performance marketing, with a track record of scaling teams amid evolving digital landscapes. You’ll mentor talent in a culture of innovation and inclusivity, influencing sales planning and resourcing to capitalize on North America’s dynamic markets.
