As a senior leader, you’ll manage a team of Client Partners, leveraging your natural leadership to coach high performers, challenge them to exceed quotas, and integrate Snap’s AR innovations into transformative client campaigns that redefine fintech marketing. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of FinServ growth at Snap, building deep relationships with senior clients and agencies while translating industry trends—like mobile-first banking and immersive AR experiences—into revenue-driving strategies. You’ll hold your team accountable to KPIs, craft measurement narratives that showcase Snapchat’s unique engagement metrics, and develop a bold vision for vertical expansion over the next 12-24 months. By championing Snap’s creative culture, you’ll guide campaigns that harness Lenses for personalized finance education, Spectacles for experiential brand moments, and Snapchat’s camera-first format to captivate Gen Z and millennial audiences in ways traditional media can’t. What You'll Do

  • Own the growth of the Financial Services vertical at Snap, commanding trends in fintech advertising and AR innovation
  • Manage and lead a team of Client Partners, providing coaching, mentoring, and development to drive performance
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key Financial Services clients and agency partners
  • Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas, KPIs, and strategic growth targets
  • Define and execute KPI-driven measurement strategies and compelling narratives for FinServ campaigns
  • Translate broad vertical trends into actionable opportunities, emphasizing Snap’s camera and AR technologies
  • Inform client teams on emerging trends in Financial Services marketing on Snapchat
  • Develop a clear point-of-view on accelerating growth in the vertical over the next 12-24 months
  • Foster cross-company collaboration to maximize impact beyond quota achievement
  • Champion Snap’s creative culture by integrating AR Lenses and Spectacles into client strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • 12+ years of experience in the digital media or advertising space
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Financial Services vertical
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising trends, particularly in performance marketing and AR-driven campaigns
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Experience holding teams accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies in Financial Services
  • Experience leveraging AR and camera-based technologies like Snapchat Lenses for client campaigns
