We’re seeking a bold, commercially-minded Senior Manager, Creative Strategy EMEA, to lead our Creative Strategy team across Europe and MENA. In this role, you’ll drive how Snapchat’s innovative AR, AI-enabled camera formats, and creative ecosystem deliver measurable business results for advertisers in highly diverse markets. As part of the Global Creative Strategy leadership, you’ll guide talented strategists, represent CS in senior conversations, and champion platform-first campaigns that leverage Snap’s cutting-edge camera technology. You’ll lead a multi-market team of senior Creative Strategists within Large Customer Solutions (LCS), fostering a high-performance culture of innovation and inclusivity. Partnering closely with Sales leaders, you’ll position creative strategy as a key driver of both brand storytelling and performance outcomes, adapting Snap’s global vision to EMEA’s cultural nuances and market maturities. From bold AR Lens integrations to AI-accelerated workflows, you’ll deliver insight-led ideas that elevate Snap’s role as a growth partner, building scalable playbooks and reusable assets that inspire across regions and verticals. With executive presence and deep commercial insight, you’ll shape integrated narratives in client forums and cross-functional teams, championing experimentation with Snapchat’s camera-first innovations. Establishing clear metrics for creative quality, efficiency, and impact, you’ll embed smarter, faster creativity into team processes. What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a multi-market team of Creative Strategists across Large Customer Solutions (LCS) in EMEA
  • Drive execution of Snap’s global Creative Strategy vision, adapting for regional market maturity and cultural nuances
  • Represent Creative Strategy in senior client and cross-functional forums, shaping commercial narratives
  • Partner with Sales leadership to position creative solutions as drivers of brand and performance outcomes
  • Deliver insight-led creative thinking leveraging Snapchat’s AR, AI tools, and camera innovations
  • Champion AI-accelerated workflows for faster, story-led creativity in diverse EMEA markets
  • Build a culture of experimentation, developing scalable creative frameworks and playbooks
  • Establish systems and metrics to enhance creative quality, efficiency, and commercial impact
  • Inspire cultural fluency to create platform-first campaigns that resonate across Europe and MENA
  • Collaborate with global teams to bring Snap’s AR and camera technology to life in advertiser solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, or digital marketing
  • At least 2 years in people management leading creative or strategy teams
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple markets
  • Strong record of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting creative strategies
  • Deep understanding of both brand and performance marketing with business outcome focus
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations translating strategy to regional execution
  • Fluency in EMEA markets including cultural nuances across Europe and MENA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across agency, platform, and client-side environments
  • Understanding of creative measurement tools, brand lift studies, or performance frameworks
  • Experience developing regional playbooks, enablement programs, or scalable creative models
  • Background in AR, AI-driven creativity, or emerging camera-based technologies
  • Proven success in social media or visual-first platforms like Snapchat
