We’re seeking a strategic and impact-driven Senior Manager, Customer Insights, SMC in our Sales department to build and scale insights for Snap’s Small & Mid-sized Clients (SMC) business. This leader will uncover what drives advertisers—their motivations, challenges, and growth opportunities in leveraging Snap’s camera-first platform—and transform those insights into smarter go-to-market (GTM) and Sales strategies that fuel AR-powered campaigns and visual storytelling. In this role, you’ll lead the Customer Insights strategy for SMC, overseeing a portfolio of research from segmentation and vertical deep-dives to competitive analysis and product-sales studies. You’ll monitor market trends in AR and digital advertising, build actionable dashboards and narratives, and leverage AI to accelerate insight delivery across Sales and Growth teams. Guiding a multidisciplinary team, you’ll foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation, ensuring Snap anticipates shifts in advertiser needs and stays ahead with innovative, camera-centric solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in Snap’s fast-paced, creative culture, blending analytical rigor with storytelling flair to connect data to business impact. You’ll champion cross-functional collaboration, partner with external experts, and inspire teams to harness Snap’s AR ecosystem for advertiser success.
