The Marketing team builds a best-in-class global organization spanning creative, growth, media, strategy, consumer insights, and operations, activating initiatives across the Snap ecosystem. We’re seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital Marketing to lead digital sales, performance marketing, conversion strategy, and lifecycle for our consumer hardware and wearable products like Spectacles. Reporting to the Senior Director, Media and Channel Marketing, this high-impact role drives end-to-end digital commerce performance—from traffic generation to conversion optimization—partnering with Product, Brand, and Analytics teams to create seamless customer journeys that boost revenue and elevate our creative AR brand. In this role, you’ll develop and execute a digital commerce strategy tailored to Snap’s hardware portfolio, optimizing the full customer journey with SEO/SEM, paid media, affiliates, and social channels. You’ll lead mid- and lower-funnel strategies across social, retail media, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI, while building integrated SEO/SEM programs that enhance visibility for our camera and AR innovations. Collaborating closely with Creative, Product, Insights, and Regional teams, you’ll ensure cohesive storytelling, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and iterate on UX enhancements to drive purchases and retention. Overseeing budgets and tracking trends in AR/VR/XR wearables, you’ll harness data to fuel growth in our dynamic, creative culture. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing, with proven DTC revenue growth in tech or consumer electronics, deep SEO/SEM expertise, and experience leading teams. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and a passion for Snapchat’s AR future are key. Compensation varies by zone: Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) $209,000-$313,000; Zone B $199,000-$297,000; Zone C $178,000-$266,000, plus RSUs and comprehensive benefits.
