As Senior Manager, Global Brand Experience in our Sales department, based in our London office, you will lead the conception, planning, and execution of experiential marketing activations that showcase Snap’s AR innovations and camera-first storytelling. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive teams, as well as external partners, to produce client-facing events, projects, and experiences that drive revenue and embody Snap’s creative culture. From ideating signature brand moments at industry events to operationalizing global EMEA initiatives, you’ll think outside the box to spark interest in Snapchat’s playful, real-time features. You’ll develop comprehensive timelines and budgets, manage vendors across time zones, and initiate cross-functional processes that set precedents for success. What You'll Do

  • Ideate, conceptualize, and execute Snap’s signature brand experiences, including owned events and industry-wide activations focused on camera technology and AR
  • Communicate Snap’s products, culture, and values through internal, external, business, marketing, and sales events that highlight real friendship and playful irreverence
  • Coordinate, operationalize, and execute complex experiential projects on a global scale, emphasizing EMEA initiatives
  • Develop innovative ways to bring Snapchat to life, sparking interest and creativity through AR-powered experiences
  • Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and budgets for EMEA-wide brand initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive teams to achieve strategic goals and drive revenue
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors across time zones to deliver client-facing events and experiences
  • Initiate cross-functional collaborations, establish impactful processes, and contribute to Snap’s creative culture
  • Embody Snap’s core values of being smart, kind, and creative in all brand interactions
  • Analyze and optimize experiential strategies to educate communities on Snap’s AR innovations and camera-first storytelling

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Significant high-performance work experience in event planning with international scope
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with global scale
  • Experience handling budgets and timelines for large-scale initiatives
  • Strong understanding of contractual agreements with vendors and venues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in Google and Apple applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the creative, tech, or media industries
  • Experience managing company-wide global initiatives
  • Fluent in language(s) other than English
  • A passion for Snapchat, AR innovation, and camera technology
  • Background in experiential marketing or brand activations
