You’ll spearhead the collection and synthesis of advertiser feedback to shape product roadmaps, ensuring our AR-powered ads—like dynamic Lenses and Spectacles integrations—resonate with brands seeking authentic engagement. Regular syncs with Sales, advertisers, Solution Engineers, and Customer Support will keep you at the pulse of opportunities to enhance our offerings, all while executing high-impact internal and external campaigns that highlight Snapchat’s creative edge in video and performance marketing. We’re seeking a cross-functional leader with 12+ years in product marketing or digital ads, including team management experience, who excels at building high-performing teams and navigating digital marketing dynamics. What You'll Do

  • Lead Product Marketing for Snapchat’s SMC focused advertising solutions
  • Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers focusing on the full suite of Snapchat’s advertising products for SMC
  • Lead Snapchat’s SMC revenue growth strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across sales, product, marketing science, business operations, and planning
  • Guide the PMM team in collecting, synthesizing, and sharing advertiser feedback on new feature requests and existing feature performance to influence product strategy and roadmap
  • Meet regularly with Sales, Advertisers, Marketing Science, Solution Engineers, and Customer Support to share product updates, insights, and identify challenges and opportunities
  • Deliver revenue through high-standard internal and external marketing efforts planned and executed by the PMM team
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies that highlight Snapchat’s role in creative expression via camera technology and AR innovation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing or other relevant digital marketing or sales work
  • 2+ years managing a team
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing industry dynamics, especially Brand Advertising as it pertains to video and Performance Marketing with direct response
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 100-500+
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid track record in launching products and driving global adoption
  • Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA)
