We're seeking a data-driven and strategic leader as Senior Manager, SMC Advertiser Growth in our Sales department to drive Snap’s efforts in attracting, converting, and growing small and mid-sized advertisers globally. This role owns the end-to-end strategy, infrastructure, and execution of Snap’s advertiser acquisition engine, blending scaled digital marketing for small businesses with innovative Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to engage mid-market advertisers, all while leveraging Snapchat’s creative AR tools to fuel authentic brand connections. In this unique opportunity to build Snap’s ABM foundation from the ground up, you’ll define target account frameworks, intent-based segmentation, marketing automation, and integrated programs in partnership with Business Development. Oversee performance channels like SEM, Display, SEO, and CRO to acquire small advertisers efficiently, while creating seamless journeys from acquisition to activation. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Web teams to craft advertiser experiences that highlight Snapchat’s camera-first innovation and AR creativity, ensuring measurable ROI through robust attribution frameworks. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative flair, leading a high-performing team in a culture of experimentation. You’ll test emerging levers like intent data and industry placements, mentoring talent to drive growth in Snap’s vibrant ecosystem.
