Join our Growth team as a Senior Product Researcher - Ads, where you'll dive into the creative pulse of Snapchat's ad ecosystem, uncovering user insights that fuel AR-powered ads, camera innovations, and growth strategies in our vibrant, collaborative culture. In this role, you'll partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Growth experts to identify research needs and craft mixed-method studies that illuminate how users engage with ads through Snapchat's ephemeral, camera-first lens. Owning the end-to-end research process—from scoping and recruiting to moderating sessions, synthesizing findings, and delivering compelling presentations—you'll turn user voices into actionable strategies that enhance ad relevance, AR creativity, and product delight. Be the champion for users in a company obsessed with fun, authenticity, and real-time expression. We're seeking a seasoned researcher with a passion for behavioral science and UX who thrives in Snap's dynamic environment. You'll evangelize user-centered practices across teams, present to Senior leadership, and drive insights that shape the future of ads on Snapchat. With our 'default together' policy fostering in-person collaboration 4+ days a week, you'll contribute to a diverse team building products that redefine communication.
