Snap Inc is a camera company at heart, believing the camera—and AR—represent the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. We contribute to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together through Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles. Our Finance Team partners with leadership across these innovative products to deliver insights, ensure financial health, and meet reporting obligations in our dynamic, creative culture. Join us as a Senior Revenue Accountant on the Accounting team, where you'll play a key role in supporting Snap's explosive growth in AR innovation and visual storytelling. In this role, you'll prepare revenue month-end journals and reconciliations for Snapchat's ad revenue, Lens Studio partnerships, and Spectacles initiatives, ensuring US GAAP and ASC 606 compliance amid rapid product evolution. You'll drive automation and process improvements for our revenue-to-cash cycle, collaborating daily with cross-functional teams on non-standard deals, new AR features, and content arrangements. By gaining deep insights into Snap's camera-first operations, you'll deliver variance analysis, reporting materials, and SOX controls that uphold the integrity of our financial statements. You'll thrive by applying technical accounting expertise to cutting-edge challenges like new payment methods and AR product launches, partnering with Technical Accounting and stakeholders to document impacts and implement robust processes. Supporting audits and ad hoc projects, you'll contribute to Snap's mission in a "Default Together" environment fostering in-person collaboration 4+ days a week. If you're a detail-oriented accountant passionate about technology's creative potential, bring your skills to Snap's vibrant culture of innovation and diversity.
