Join our Technical Recruiting team as a Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term) for a 6-month opportunity supporting Hardware and Software Engineering, where you’ll help shape teams driving Snapchat’s core features. In this role, you’ll provide high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for top hardware and software engineers innovating in camera technology and AR platforms. Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, sourcing diverse candidates through creative networking and building scalable pipelines. You’ll protect Snap’s exceptional candidate experience, use data-driven metrics to optimize processes, and prioritize urgent hires that advance our mission. With a focus on both niche hardware roles and broad software needs, you’ll contribute to high-performing teams in our dynamic, collaborative environment. What You'll Do

  • Partner with Hardware and Software Engineering teams to identify and attract top talent shaping Snapchat’s camera innovations and AR experiences
  • Provide full life cycle, high-volume recruiting support for critical hardware and software engineering roles
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners on building high-performing teams
  • Source, evaluate, network, and close top-tier candidates for specialized positions in AR, camera tech, and software development
  • Champion and enhance Snap Inc.’s candidate experience to reflect our kind, smart, and creative culture
  • Leverage hiring metrics and data to develop efficient, scalable recruiting solutions
  • Prioritize and fill the company’s highest-impact engineering hiring needs with urgency
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through innovative networking and sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with the People Team to align recruiting efforts with Snap’s mission of empowering expression through camera and AR
  • Support the ‘Default Together’ policy by fostering in-office collaboration 4+ days per week

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of relevant tech recruiting experience
  • 1+ years recruiting for hardware engineering roles
  • Experience recruiting for an array of hardware and software engineering roles, including specialized and niche positions
  • Experience working in both small and large tech companies
  • Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, network, and hire top-tier diverse talent
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and utilizing hiring metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for AR, camera technology, or innovative hardware roles
  • Proven track record building recruiting programs for high-volume tech hiring at scale
