Join our Technical Recruiting team as a Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term) for a 6-month opportunity supporting Hardware and Software Engineering, where you’ll help shape teams driving Snapchat’s core features. In this role, you’ll provide high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for top hardware and software engineers innovating in camera technology and AR platforms. Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, sourcing diverse candidates through creative networking and building scalable pipelines. You’ll protect Snap’s exceptional candidate experience, use data-driven metrics to optimize processes, and prioritize urgent hires that advance our mission. With a focus on both niche hardware roles and broad software needs, you’ll contribute to high-performing teams in our dynamic, collaborative environment. We seek a recruiter passionate about tech innovation, with experience in small and large companies, who thrives on solving complex hiring challenges at scale.
