Join us as a Senior Technical Sourcer (Fixed Term, 12 months) on the People Team, supporting Engineering hiring needs in our Santa Monica, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA, or Bellevue, WA offices, practicing our 'Default Together' policy with 4+ days in-office weekly. Embed yourself as the resident expert in Engineering talent markets, sourcing razor-sharp leaders for Snap's cutting-edge camera and AR innovations. Mentor a dedicated team of sourcers, partner with Engineering leaders to fill L7+ roles, and craft creative, scalable campaigns to attract diverse top-tier talent. Collaborate with recruiting, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to execute Snap's talent strategy, leveraging your deep networks and personalized approaches to uncover untapped talent fueling Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles. We're seeking a sourcing maven with 5+ years of experience, proven influence over senior leaders, and a passion for mentoring. What You'll Do

• Embed yourself into Engineering client groups as the resident expert on available in-market talent for Snap's innovative camera and AR technologies
• Work alongside a dedicated team to source humble, collaborative, razor-sharp industry leaders for Engineering roles
• Mentor sourcers to creatively source, evaluate, network, and attract top-tier talent across Snap
• Partner with recruiting teams to support the growth of our organization focused on AR innovation and visual communication
• Collaborate with Engineering leaders to execute hiring needs and source for positions up to L7+ level
• Partner with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to drive Snap's talent strategy
• Craft and execute creative talent sourcing campaigns that scale for attracting quality diverse talent
• Influence senior leaders to align on hiring strategies that fuel Snap's creative culture and camera-first products
• Develop processes for efficiency in sourcing talent for Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles
• Leverage personalized approaches to engage untapped talent outside traditional channels
• Tailor communication across functions, levels, and locations to build Snap's global engineering workforce

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
• Deep experience sourcing specialized and niche Engineering positions
• Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals by engaging top talent
• Experience mentoring junior teammates
• Broad understanding of general HR requirements
• Embodiment of Snap’s values of Kind, Smart, and Creative

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in hiring for Engineering positions
• 2+ years experience partnering with business leaders in engineering
• 4+ years experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software (ideally Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a CRM)
• 4+ years experience creating strategic sourcing workflows using specialized tools (Seekout, Gem, Hiretual, etc.)
• Well-networked with a deep talent network of diverse candidates

Compensation

$130,000-$196,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
