What You'll Do

  • Embed yourself into Engineering client groups as the resident expert on available in-market talent for Snap's innovative camera and AR technologies
  • Work alongside a dedicated team to source humble, collaborative, razor-sharp industry leaders for Engineering roles
  • Mentor sourcers to creatively source, evaluate, network, and attract top-tier talent across Snap
  • Partner with recruiting teams to support the growth of our organization focused on AR innovation and visual communication
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to execute hiring needs and source for positions up to L7+ level
  • Partner with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to drive Snap's talent strategy
  • Craft and execute creative talent sourcing campaigns that scale for attracting quality diverse talent
  • Influence senior leaders to align on hiring strategies that fuel Snap's creative culture and camera-first products

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
