You’ll dive deep into user data to optimize creative ad formats, ideate immersive AR-powered ads via Lens Studio, and drive scalable solutions that fuel Snap’s revenue growth while enhancing real-time, expressive interactions. Tackle ambiguous challenges with data-informed insights, lead cross-functional teams through execution, and influence senior stakeholders to align on transformative ideas. Leverage your expertise in A/B testing and quantitative analysis to refine products that resonate with our creative culture. What You'll Do

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ad Formats, aligning with Snap’s camera-first innovation and AR ecosystem
  • Identify and prioritize new ways to drive intentful interactions with ads on Snapchat, enhancing user experiences through creative camera and AR integrations
  • Ideate net new advertising experiences that delight advertisers and Snapchatters, leveraging Lens Studio and Spectacles for immersive formats
  • Leverage data to deeply understand and optimize ideal ad creatives tailored to Snapchat’s visual, real-time communication style
  • Originate and execute scalable, transformative ideas addressing advertiser needs and delivering long-term impact to Snap’s revenue ecosystem
  • Tackle complex, high-impact challenges by identifying root causes and designing future-proof solutions aligned with company objectives
  • Build trust and influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering
  • Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify growth patterns, and optimize or sunset underperforming ad products
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results under challenging circumstances
  • Mentor less experienced PMs, contribute to recruiting, and strengthen the collaborative Revenue Product organization
  • Foster a creative culture by championing innovative ad formats that empower authentic expression on Snapchat

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
  • Deep understanding of user behavior and ability to translate insights into innovative ad experiences
  • Strong knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
  • Practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing UI-centric A/B tests to drive product improvements
  • Proven ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate results clearly
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle, including defining product needs, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
  • Past experience working with design teams on developing advertising formats
  • Experience in consumer-facing AR or camera-based products
  • Background in advertising technology with a focus on creative ad formats
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior PMs and contributing to team recruiting
