Join our Technical Advertiser Solutions team as a Senior Consultant in our Singapore office, where you’ll leverage Snap’s innovative AR and camera technologies to drive advertiser success in a creative, fast-paced culture. In this role, you’ll perform deep analyses on client campaigns, collaborating closely with Sales teams to optimize performance on Snapchat’s self-serve ad platform. Be the go-to expert on ad delivery, measurement, auction trends, and campaign strategies, providing proactive support, training, and innovative solutions that harness AR Lenses and camera-first ad formats to boost revenue for advertisers. From email and video call support to data-driven insights using tools like Looker and BigQuery, you’ll translate complex ad tech into actionable recommendations that help brands connect authentically with Snapchat’s global audience. We’re seeking a seasoned professional with 6+ years in digital advertising, a mastery of auction dynamics, MMPs, SQL, and web technologies, plus the ability to communicate effectively—ideally in Mandarin for our Mainland China partnerships. What You'll Do

  • Serve as an expert on Snap’s ad platform, using data to provide solutions for ad delivery, measurement, performance, and campaign optimization
  • Deliver excellent email and video call support to advertisers, agencies, and Snap Sales teams on Snap’s self-serve ad product suite
  • Act as the main point of contact for auction trends, providing onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive strategy planning for local sales teams
  • Educate and train internal Sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance improvements aligned with advertiser goals
  • Inform, influence, and execute new quality strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics
  • Perform deep analyses on client campaigns to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on Snapchat
  • Collaborate with Sales teams from Snap’s Singapore office to optimize AR-powered ad experiences
  • Build stories with large data sets to optimize campaign performance and provide practical insights via data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Understand and apply deep knowledge of Snapchat’s camera technology, AR innovations, and ad products to solve problems at scale
  • Maintain high standards of clear, timely communication and innovative solutions for global advertisers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or technology industries
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech landscape
  • Advanced understanding of auction marketplace dynamics, tracking pixels, and third-party measurement tools
  • Proven experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), web analytics platforms, or dynamic mobile ad formats
  • Ability to maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs
  • Flexibility to work modified on-call hours to ensure coverage for customers and escalations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools such as Looker, Looker Data Studio, BigQuery; proficiency with Salesforce, CRM Analytics
