What You'll Do

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve functional excellence and build Snap expertise
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management leadership to optimize team resourcing for business impact
  • Identify and share vertical-specific trends, guiding KPI-driven strategies and campaign optimizations
  • Drive upsell opportunities by analyzing performance data and recommending tailored solutions
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, disseminating best-in-class work across teams
  • Partner with cross-functional groups like Sales Enablement, Analytics, and Creative Strategy for training and process improvements
  • Identify skill gaps and lead development initiatives for the team
  • Advocate for vertical product interests, educating teams on new Snapchat features and GTM processes
  • Serve as escalation point for campaign troubleshooting, technical issues, and client resolutions
  • Leverage Snap's AR and camera innovations to enhance client campaigns and partnerships
  • Build long-term relationships with brands, focusing on creative, immersive advertising on Snapchat

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in the digital media space
  • Deep hands-on familiarity with social/programmatic ad buying platforms
  • 3+ years of full-funnel campaign activation and measurement experience across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion tactics
  • Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the broader ad ecosystem
  • Experience managing client services or account management teams
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct experience managing a client services team
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and data analysis tools for actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads Manager
  • Passion for Snapchat as a daily user with deep knowledge of Snap's ad products
  • Familiarity with AR advertising and camera-based innovations
