Role Overview

As an Associate Services Delivery Manager at Snowflake, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our most important customer engagements. Your day will be dynamic and varied, involving:

  • Project Coordination: Assisting Solution Architects, Practice Managers, and Senior Services Delivery Managers with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking project status, maintaining documentation, and facilitating internal communications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with Consulting Managers, Technical Delivery Directors, Practice Directors, and the Operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Project Management: Creating, updating, and monitoring project plans, risks, and action logs.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Managing project reporting and tracking key metrics for customer engagements.
  • Customer Interaction: Attending and supporting customer meetings, taking detailed notes, identifying follow-up items, and outlining next steps.
