As a Commercial Account Executive - Expansion, your day will be filled with a variety of engaging activities. You'll start by researching and identifying expansion opportunities within your assigned customer accounts. This involves analyzing their current usage of Snowflake, understanding their business needs, and identifying potential areas where Snowflake can provide additional value. You'll then reach out to key stakeholders within these accounts, building relationships and presenting compelling solutions that address their specific challenges. A significant portion of your time will be spent on outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities to generate leads and qualify opportunities. You'll also be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, tracking your progress, and providing accurate forecasts to management. You'll deliver web-based presentations, engage in consultative selling, and navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers. You'll also collaborate closely with other teams within Snowflake, such as sales engineering, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Ultimately, your goal will be to consistently exceed your sales quota and contribute to the overall growth of Snowflake.
