We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to support our expanding global footprint, specifically across the EMEA region. This role will be based in our London office (hybrid model, two days per week in-office) and will be instrumental in ensuring fair, compliant, and effective employee relations practices.
As the Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing employee relations matters across EMEA, with a strong focus on the United Kingdom. You will lead investigations, manage grievance processes, and provide guidance to business leaders on complex ER issues. This role requires a deep understanding of employment law, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity.
