Key responsibilities include owning the enablement tech stack, ensuring AI readiness, overseeing environment management, setting standards across enablement, strategic reporting, roadmap governance, credential lifecycle management, and quality standards enforcement.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Enablement Operations, or Business Technology, with 5+ years leading global teams. They must also have a proven track record of delivering a CoE model and deep experience with a complex enablement stack.
This position is based exclusively in Menlo Park, CA.
Candidates must have deep architectural and administrative experience with a complex global enablement stack, including at least two of the following: Highspot, Mindtickle, Docebo, or Salesforce.
