As the Regional Partner Director for the North region at Snowflake, you will be at the forefront of building and expanding our partner ecosystem. This pivotal role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of developing and executing partner strategies that drive substantial growth. You will be responsible for the entire partner organization across the Nordics & Benelux, covering all routes to market, including SI’s, GSIs, Resellers, VARs, CSPs, and ISVs. Your mission is to achieve co-sell, referral, resale targets, and cultivate partner-sourced business that fuels Snowflake's success.
This role demands a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and exceptional leadership. You will lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a partner-first culture that ensures win-win outcomes for our joint customers. Collaboration with Snowflake’s field organization, sales engineering, and other internal teams will be critical to your success.
