Role Overview

Snowflake is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our GTM Operations Shared Services organization in Pune, India. In this role, you will be a critical part of our team, responsible for supporting essential business functions by providing operational support across GTM workflows, data management, and systems and process troubleshooting. You will serve as the first line of support for our GTM organization, ensuring our global field team is supported, and our data is accurate, secure, and effectively managed across systems.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Operations Analyst, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Providing first-line support for GTM operations workflows, including account/opportunity management and research, quote and deal support, and user management.
  • Utilizing standard data quality practices, including regular reviews, data cleansing, and data validation processes, to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, supporting audits.
  • Communicating directly with stakeholders on support needs and managing requests via a queue from intake to resolution.
  • Maintaining key documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and data stewards/owners.
  • Identifying opportunities and providing recommendations to improve and automate the shared services systems and processes.
  • Aligning data across users, records, and systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Supporting sales processes, including managing accounts and opportunities, and providing deal support.
  • Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure bookings accuracy.
