As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers in the US Public Sector. You will work with a variety of operating systems, database technologies, big data solutions, data integration tools, and networking concepts to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure our customers can effectively leverage the Snowflake Data Warehouse. Your primary focus will be to delight our customers with your deep knowledge of Snowflake and your commitment to providing exceptional service.

The position may require access to U.S. export-controlled technologies, technical data, or sensitive government data. Employment with Snowflake is contingent on verifying your legal eligibility to access such data or obtaining necessary licenses.
You will need to participate in pager duty rotations during nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to work a 1st shift (7 am-4 pm PST) is required, and flexibility with schedule changes is expected.
Strong technical skills in operating systems, database technologies, big data, data integration, and networking are crucial. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are also essential.
