We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of GTM Field Enablement to lead the charge in equipping our sales force with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. Based in Menlo Park, CA, this role is pivotal in bridging the gap between GTM strategy and field execution, ensuring our diverse field personas are ready to win.
As the Senior Director of GTM Field Enablement, you will be a strategic partner to Snowflake’s Global Sales and Revenue leadership. Your primary mission is to drive quota attainment by leading a team of high-impact enablement practitioners focused on delivering training, coaching, and readiness programs to our field teams. This includes Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Services professionals. You will leverage a Center of Excellence (CoE) model, partnering across teams to utilize world-class content and technology while focusing on high-touch delivery, local adaptation, and manager coaching.
