RESUME AND JOB
Snowflake
As a Senior Partner Solution Engineer at Snowflake, you will be a key technical advisor to our partners in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You'll work closely with System Integrators (SI), Cloud Service Providers (CSP), and Technology Partners (ISV) to help them unlock the power of Snowflake's AI Data Cloud. Your primary responsibility is to drive technical growth within the partner ecosystem by enabling partners to effectively leverage Snowflake's products and solutions. This involves designing and delivering technical training, co-developing industry-specific solutions, and providing technical guidance on strategic customer engagements. You'll be a critical link between Snowflake's product teams and our partners, advocating for their needs and ensuring their success with our platform.
Your day might start with a technical deep-dive session with a partner, helping them understand the latest features of Snowflake and how they can be incorporated into their service offerings. You could then transition to preparing a presentation for an upcoming Snowflake or Partner event, showcasing successful customer use cases and the value of the Snowflake platform. Later in the day, you might be working alongside a partner team on a Proof of Concept (POC) for a strategic customer, ensuring a successful outcome. You'll also dedicate time to staying up-to-date on the competitive landscape and sharing your insights with the partner ecosystem. Collaboration is key, so you'll regularly interact with Snowflake's Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to align strategies and drive joint success.

Snowflake is a rapidly growing company, so there are always opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your skill set. The role also offers avenues to specialize in particular industries or Snowflake product areas to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Snowflake offers a competitive salary and benefits package that is designed to attract and retain top talent. The salary range for this role is dependent on experience and qualifications, but it is highly competitive within the industry. In addition to salary, Snowflake offers performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, a generous paid time off policy, an employee stock purchase plan, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
