RESUME AND JOB
Snowflake
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Snowflake's Customer Experience Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success by defining and implementing best practices for the Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) and Proactive Health Check (PHC). You will be the primary owner of these best practices, collaborating with various teams including Customer Experience, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management. Your goal is to guide customers in adopting secure, scalable, and well-architected Snowflake environments, thereby maximizing their data-driven business insights.
Your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You might start by leading a working group with CX teams to gather field insights and identify gaps in the existing LZA and PHC frameworks. Then, you could translate these insights into actionable best-practice recommendations, ensuring they are standardized and reusable. A significant portion of your time will involve collaborating with Product Managers to influence product requirements and align best practices with the product roadmap. You'll also be defining architectural and operational standards for Snowflake adoption, maintaining the Well-Architected Framework, and monitoring customer adoption patterns to identify areas for continuous improvement. Expect to be presenting findings and recommendations to leadership, documenting processes, and fostering relationships across teams.

There is also the option to move laterally into related roles such as Senior Product Manager or Customer Success Director.
