Snowflake is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our Data Cloud Product team in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our strategic ecosystem of data, application, and ISV partners, shaping the future of Snowflake across the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, build strong relationships, and drive joint pipeline and revenue growth.
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, your day will involve a mix of strategic planning, relationship building, and operational execution. You might start your day by reviewing partnership performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Then, you might have a meeting with a strategic partner to discuss upcoming co-marketing initiatives or co-selling opportunities. You'll also spend time working with internal sales and technical teams, equipping them with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively co-sell with partners. Throughout the day, you'll be tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that the partnerships are on track to meet their goals. You will also participate in industry events and conferences to represent Snowflake and network with potential partners.
