Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
As our Social Media Manager, you'll spend 60% of your time on listening & engagement and 40% on APAC content strategy:
- Monitor key channels using Sprinklr to track brand mentions, user sentiment, emerging AI developer trends, and competitive intelligence in NoSQL space.
- Deliver actionable reports: Weekly analytics on growth/engagement, quarterly summaries for marketing partners covering sentiment, performance, and content gaps.
- Execute rapid-response workflows ensuring timely public responses to high-priority conversations.
- Grow developer community organically through proactive monitoring and engagement aligned with MongoDB's brand voice.
- Develop APAC content calendars balancing planned campaigns, events, and real-time reactions to industry news.
- Create compelling social copy for multi-channel presence including technical deep-dives on MongoDB Atlas features.
- Analyze performance data to optimize future strategies and support Social Media team initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Developer Advocacy, Product, and Support to escalate technical issues and orchestrate responses.
- Pitch creative concepts for social initiatives targeting developer audiences in AI/ML space.
- Maintain editorial excellence across evergreen content and event-driven campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
