Role Overview

  • Champion compliance with Global Control Standards (GCS), policies, and procedures across all functions.
  • Lead accounting, tax projects, and assess process/system impacts from business changes.
  • Manage GL accounting, sub-ledger reconciliations, annual statutory reporting, and tax returns/audits.
  • Oversee AR, AP, treasury, internal controls, and roll out Risk Control Matrix annually.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, monitor key issues, and ensure executional excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Control Associate Analyst, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Require at least 8 years of hands-on experience in controlling, accounting, and financial reporting, including 3+ years in a senior financial leadership role with team development expertise.
