You’ll make a difference by:

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Pega Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core Pega rules and components, including Decision Rules, Workflows, Activities, UI Design, and other essential rule types used in day-to-day development. Experience with Pega Constellation, Pega GenAI, or any AI-related projects will be considered a strong advantage.
• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications using best practices and coding standards.
• Create and manage Decision Rules, Flows, Activities, UI Rules, and other core rule types.  Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Work with Pega Constellation architecture and contribute to building modern UI experiences (if applicable).
• Explore and integrate Pega GenAI capabilities to enhance automation and decisioning (if applicable).
• Contribute to AI-related initiatives and projects, leveraging Pega’s AI/ML capabilities or integrating external AI services.
• Having good knowledge about Prompt Engineering and able to create prompts.
• Have hands experience on using any AI tool integrated with Pega.

Your success is grounded in:

• 3–5 years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Strong understanding of Pega core rule types: Decision Rules, Flows, Activities, UI, Data Transforms, etc.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good understanding of case management, integration, and data modeling in Pega.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Pega Constellation design system.
• Exposure to Pega GenAI features and use cases.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML projects or integrating AI services with Pega.
• Pega CSA certified.
• CSSA certification is a plus.
• Computer Science Engineer Graduated.
• Having AI skill certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving project needs.
