It provides a common interface for configuring, programming, and diagnosing Siemens SIMATIC controllers, SIMATIC HMI panels, and SINAMICS drives, streamlining the engineering process and enhancing efficiency in industrial automation projects.

What are your responsibilities?

• Drive performance engineering for TIA Portal software and industrial automation systems, encompassing analysis, optimization, and monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive performance testing, profiling, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks and regressions.
• Develop and implement AI/ML-powered solutions for predictive analytics, intelligent optimization, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Generate high-quality performance analysis reports and actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile (Scrum) development team, integrating performance considerations into sprints.
• Ensure strict adherence to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines for performance engineering.

What do you need to qualify for this job?

Required Qualifications:

            • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

            • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, system optimization, or related fields.

            • Experience in performance analysis, profiling (including memory and CPU), and optimization techniques is a plus.

            • Experience in performance profiling tools (e.g., DotTrace, PerfView, Visual Studio Diagnostics) is a plus.

            • Strong programming skills in C# and .NET is a must.

            • Knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, and visualization tools is a plus.

            • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

            • Familiarity with TIA Portal, SIMATIC, or industrial automation systems.

            • Experience applying Machine Learning and AI algorithms for performance optimization.

            • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure Cloud) and AI services.

            • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems performance.
