Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Lead full-stack projects: Take ownership of medium-sized initiatives from technical design through production deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
• Build IAM solutions: Develop authentication and authorization systems powering MongoDB Atlas globally
• Ship production code: Deploy your first features to production within your first month

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal Software Engineer 3 candidate brings 2+ years of full-stack development experience and proficiency in modern compiled languages like Java, Go, C#, or C++. While frontend experience is a plus, we're looking for engineers excited to learn JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux.

• 2+ years professional experience building full-stack web applications
