Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Architect and develop internal tools and platforms using modern tech stacks including containerized applications and Kubernetes
- Build full-stack solutions from Next.js/React front-ends to FastAPI/Python backends with MongoDB persistence
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like Drone.io to accelerate development and deployment cycles
- Collaborate with Internal Engineering teams to identify and solve workflow bottlenecks
- Write production-ready code that reduces manual processes and boosts engineering productivity
- Maintain and optimize enterprise-grade software supporting critical MongoDB operations
- Design database migrations and schema evolutions for internal NoSQL applications
