Role Overview

As a Software Engineer in Gdansk, you'll design automation-driven solutions that streamline business processes and boost operational efficiency. This full-time role involves full-stack development, collaborating with local and global teams, and leading end-to-end execution with minimal supervision. • Collaborating with local and global engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Developing and maintaining front-end user experiences using React and Redux, alongside robust back-end services in Java and Python.
• Ensuring code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participating in sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, and executing sprint tickets while partnering with product owners on MVPs and timelines.
• Monitoring and supporting production services, analyzing performance, and recommending enhancements.
• Taking full ownership of features across multiple sprint cycles, including deployment activities.
• Mentoring junior developers via code reviews and technical discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements
